Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Conditions") apply to all bookings made by you (the "Customer") with MytripCuracao for the rental of a vehicle (the "Vehicle") from MytripCuracao or its authorized representatives (the "MytripCuracao ").
Booking
A booking can be made online through the MytripCuracao.com website or by contacting MytripCuracao directly. When making a booking, the Customer must provide MytripCuracao with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Driver's license number
- Vehicle type
- Pickup date
- Pickup location
- Drop-off date
- Drop-off location
Payment
The Customer must pay for the rental of the Vehicle at the time of booking. Payment can be made by CREDIT CARD, BY BANK , or IDEAL.
Vehicle
The Vehicle will be provided to the Customer in good condition and will be equipped with all necessary accessories. The Customer is responsible for returning the Vehicle in the same condition as it was received.
Rental period
The rental period begins on the date and time of pickup and ends on the date and time of drop-off. The Customer is responsible for any additional days that the Vehicle is rented.
Mileage
The Customer is allowed to drive unlimted milage per day.
Fuel
The Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If the Vehicle is returned with an empty tank, the Customer will be charged for the cost of refueling.
Damage and Theft
The Customer is responsible for any damage to the Vehicle that is caused by the Customer's negligence. The Customer is also responsible for any theft of the Vehicle.
Insurance
The Vehicle is insured by MytripCuracao. The Customer is responsible for any deductibles or co-payments that may be required.
Cancelation
If the Customer cancels a booking, the Customer may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the date of cancellation.
Changes to the booking
If the Customer needs to make a change to the booking, the Customer must contact MytripCuracao as soon as possible. MytripCuracao may or may not be able to accommodate the change.
General
MytripCuracao reserves the right to refuse any booking. MytripCuracao may also change these Conditions at any time. The Customer is responsible for reviewing these Conditions before making any booking.
Governing Law
These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Curacao.
Severability
If any provision of these Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and MytripCuracao with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written.
